Today I ran 1 hour, burned 579 calories and ran almost 5 miles (on the treadmill). For the last 15 minutes I ran at speed 5.1.
I ate:
Meal 1: Omelet (3 eggs, 2 pieces of ham, shredded cheese)
Meal 2: Hot Sandwich (turkey, roast beef, provolone, tomato, cucumber)
Meal 3: Chicken (small piece) and rice (w/mushroom gravy)
Tomorrow I think I may incorporate some crunches and sit-ups into my run. I will Post a picture and weight after the digital camera’s battery finishes charging.
