So because of school and work I haven't had much time to post, but I have been running. Earlier this week I got sick, so Not only did I start the week of using two of my 'break days' i also missed a day, so now I'm down a total of two hours, but for the next two weeks I'll just run an extra 12 minutes each time and be caught back up. Yesterday my brother Finally went running with me (If I can convince him to come every once in a while the hour will go by faster). I've updated the picture last time I posted, but I need to update it again. I think I will set it up where you can see each picture side by side (that is, when I have time...maybe like Monday or Sunday)

Today is Saturday January 16 2010
Haven't been on the laptop most this week....but in a nutshell I ran all 5 hours this week but I still need to make up the hour from last week...so this upcoming week I'll run 6 hours. Pics still on the way....

Today is Friday January 8 2010
So, I couldn’t get on the computer yesterday so this is a two-for. Both days I ran an hour and five minutes, so now tomorrow I need to run for an hour and five minutes to be caught up for the week. Still need to get a hold of my diet. I am eating healthy, just not enough. In Feb. or March I will add weight lifting to the regiment (when a buddy of mine gets an apartment that has free weights), till then just running. I think I might throw in some crunches now though, just depends on how I feel. Still can’t find the cord to attach the camera to the pc to put pictures in here, hopefully I’ll find it tomorrow.

Today is Tuesday Janurary 5 2010
So today I Started out my run normally, beginning at speed 4.0 and moving to 5.0 after 5 minutes and then dropping down to 4.0 again. However my right calf started to hurt a little so the rest of the run I took it easy (about 3.0) and didn't finish the last 15 mins of the hour (I'll have to add 5 mins to the remaining 3 hours this week). This may be because I never seriously ran before or maybe b/c I haven't been stretching before the run (which I will have to start doing. So far I've only had 3 eggs today, and after this post I will eat an egg salad sandwich (2 eggs). I will be posting this weeks picture once I find the cord that hooks the camera up to the laptop.

Today is Monday January 4 2010
Today I ran 1 hour, burned 579 calories and ran almost 5 miles (on the treadmill). For the last 15 minutes I ran at speed 5.1.
I ate:
Meal 1: Omelet (3 eggs, 2 pieces of ham, shredded cheese)
Meal 2: Hot Sandwich (turkey, roast beef, provolone, tomato, cucumber)
Meal 3: Chicken (small piece) and rice (w/mushroom gravy)
Tomorrow I think I may incorporate some crunches and sit-ups into my run. I will Post a picture and weight after the digital camera’s battery finishes charging.
