Today is Friday January 8 2010
So, I couldn’t get on the computer yesterday so this is a two-for. Both days I ran an hour and five minutes, so now tomorrow I need to run for an hour and five minutes to be caught up for the week. Still need to get a hold of my diet. I am eating healthy, just not enough. In Feb. or March I will add weight lifting to the regiment (when a buddy of mine gets an apartment that has free weights), till then just running. I think I might throw in some crunches now though, just depends on how I feel. Still can’t find the cord to attach the camera to the pc to put pictures in here, hopefully I’ll find it tomorrow.
